1. Over the phone information about what types of 
     foods and drinks they provide and how much they 
     charge. 

2. Preperation of food is taken care by the caterer if
     the food is a hot meal. A caterer can either cook at 
     your chosen venue if a suitable kitchen is availible or
     simply cook at their premises and deliver it.

3. Delivery is always availible so that you dont have to
     collect the food from their premises.

4. Some Funeral Caterers can arrange the 
     preperation of food at your chosen venue for 
     example, setting out the tables with cutlery and plates.

There are several ways in organziing an after service catering, so some of the above may not apply for you.
